Having been born in Santa Monica, schooled at UCLA and worked his entire career in Los Angeles, Mr. Fink is committed to giving back to the only community that he has called home. The firm does many unique things to give back to needy Californians. Some examples of our pro bono work include:

We take cases for individuals who financially cannot afford an attorney or it would be cost prohibitive to hire an attorney. For example we have represented a young couple in a housing dispute when the seller wouldn't sell a home despite a written contract when the property suddenly appreciated.

 

Another recent example of our pro bono work was the defense of a group of Thai restaurants who were sued by the infamous Trevor Law Group. These small business owners were threatened with having to pay substantial legal fees if they didn't immediately pay nuisance money to settle the matters. Outraged at this shakedown we defended these actions and these business owners prevailed. 

 

We also contribute to public schools speech and debate programs in an effort to assist minority students in an extracurricular activity we believe beneficial in one's career advancement.
